A solar and storage system connects behind one PUC meter and can only supply what is on that meter's circuit. Electricity cannot cross from one meter's circuit to another. So a property with three PUC meters needs three systems, sized separately — not one large system.
Count only meters that PUC reads and bills. Internal or check meters you installed yourself to track a block or a restaurant sit behind a PUC meter and are already counted in it. Do not list them.
If you are not sure how many you have, look at how many separate bills arrive each month.
